III. Using your Personal Information : The Personal Information provided by you enables ‘Share & Earn’ to improve its services and provide You the most user-friendly experience(s). All required information is service dependent, and we may use the above said user Information to, maintain, protect, and improve our services. We may also use Your email address or other personally identifiable information to send commercial or marketing messages only with Your consent [You may withdraw your consent as you may wish]. We may, however, use Your email address without further consent for non-marketing or administrative purposes (such as notifying You of major changes, for customer service purposes, billing, for notifying You in case of any breach incidents, etc.)

Contact list: Your information is safe and secure with our user base and remains highly confidential. Share & Earn, is not responsible for any third party contacting you with an unsolicited offer or misinformation leading to any malpractice.

We, however, filter out contacts identified with fraud practice and ensure the platform is safe for your service.

In addition to the sharing and disclosure of your personal information that is included as part of the functionality of the Services as described above, “Share & Earn” may disclose personal information if such action is necessary for:

a. compliance with the law or any legal institution that is binding upon us;
b. protection and defending our rights and the enforcement of our agreements; or
c. any other lawful disclosure as required by the Law in force.

IV. Withdrawal of consent: You may wish to withdraw your consent for sharing your information anytime . For withdrawing Your consent at any time during the tenure of Your services with Us, You may choose to do so by sending Us an e-mail at shareandearn@whistle.mobi. We will withdraw the consent for which request was made by You and stop any further processing of Your personal information.

VI.“Share & Earn” does not support spamming and if we get any complaints, we may take serious action against the issue. If you would like to report any incident of spamming, please contact us immediately.

VII. We understand the value of privacy and will collect, store and use your information only for providing services to you as permitted by applicable law. We are also committed to ensuring that you are aware of how your information is being used and we take all the necessary measures to protect the confidentiality of the information disclosed by you.

VIII. Changes to the privacy policy: Any modifications or changes to these privacy policy shall be updated on ‘Share & Earn’ app, you shall be required to visit the Privacy Policy and acquaint yourself with the Privacy Policy from time to time and ‘Share & Earn’ will not be liable for intimate you upon any update or modification of hereunder.
